A great setting, good coffee and friendly staff. Loads of room and lots of lovely areas to sit and enjoy your meal. Highly recommended.
Stopped here for a bite and was not dissapointed! The food was wonderful (really good chippies) and came out quickly despite being told there was a long wait. The servers are young but seemed like they’d been working here forever. Highly recommend this place!
We dropped for brekkie not expecting too much but hey! The Brekkie Burgers were delicious. So many food groups including bacon, cheese, lamb! And the chips and the mango smoothie were great too.
Good ambience, really nice & homey.
Food was unique but not in a good way.
Waiting time was the worst, we had to wait over an hour for potato croquette & eggs benny which weren't worth the wait.
The Cafe is in a beautiful old Queenslander and has a gift shop. Visiting Dalby for a few weeks and everyone I asked said I HAD to go to urban paddock for the eggs bene (photo). It lived up to expectations. Beautifully cooked eggs with thick cut sour dough and a tasty sauce. I usually hate sour dough, but this one was fresh and easily cut through. The service was amazing, the staff were very kind and knowledgeable on the menu. Table water was in a very cute bottle (photo). The milkshake was amazing!! But the smoothies were very watery, would not recommend.
We arrived for Sunday lunch without booking. It was busy, but staff informed us of a 30 minute wait for food which suited us fine. The large outdoor play area entertained our kids while we waited. Our food was tasty and reasonably priced. The table was on the front veranda, in shade which was fantastic due to the hot weather. We would happily eat here again.
Great atmosphere, especially on a sunny day when you can sit outside. There’s a small gift shop inside, a playroom for kids, and a play area outside (very kid friendly)! You can also borrow board games to play at your table.
I ordered the pulled pork bao, and while it’s not very hand food friendly, the pork was delicious, and the bao was very soft.
Love this place. Great food and coffee. Very open and has a place for kids to play. Definitely coming back.
